Selective Outrage

As with everything the radical Luciferian left does, it is couched in selective outrage. Crying wolf and painting themselves and their causes in fear mongering and victimhood.

Take for example the ongoing crisis in Iran. Iran is a rogue nation bent on not only destruction of Israel, but the United States and all we stand for. (Little satan first, big satan next.). Speaking of Israel and the US.

The left loves anti constitutional entities, choosing dictators over freedom loving people. Take for example choosing a non-existent Palestinian people who could have lived free in Gaza if not for allowing Hamas to take over. (Insert Bill Clinton saying his administration gave the Palestinians a state.) Hamas is financed in part from Iran. It seems the left of America and other nations love dictators and despots. Take Venezuela, the left screams about intervention there. Look at Iran, where is the outrage over gunning down the protesters in the streets. The Iranian people want freedom, isn’t that a cause to get behind not shrink like flowers after the first frost?

The Iranian regime has reportedly shut down the internet, cut electricity, and unleashed security forces using live fire against civilians. Yet tonight, hundreds of thousands are said to be back in the streets of Tehran, waving the lights of their phones in the darkness–silent signals to a watching world that they are still there. In an extraordinary act of defiance, reports indicate that hundreds of mosques have been burned, a declaration by ordinary Iranians that they are done with clerical rule and religious tyranny.

And yet–silence.

Where is the outrage, where is the international community standing with the Iranian people. A free and somewhat democratic Iran tops anything they have now. Where is the Western outrage? Where are the campus protests? Where are the celebrities, the social media campaigns, the carefully worded condemnations? The contrast is impossible to ignore. Protesters who claim to stand for human rights seem energized only when Israel is the villain. When Jews are involved, outrage becomes a public ritual. When a radical Islamist regime kills its own people, the moral urgency evaporates.

Something to think about.

Qatar is biggest foreign funder of US colleges, per Education Department

“Every single dollar given by our adversaries comes with strings attached,” Rep. Tim Walberg told JNS. “Enough is enough.”

AARON BANDLER jns.org

It’s not Israel that’s influencing US policy, it’s the Muslim and Arab world through big payments to our institutions of higher learner. That money comes with big strings attached. Now you know why collage age young people rally for Palestinians. They believe the lie and propaganda. Rh

Jan. 8, 2026 / JNS)

Qatar has been the largest source of foreign funding for U.S. higher education institutions, according to data displayed in a new U.S Department of Education portal.

The portal, which went live on Jan. 2, explains that, under Section 117 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, federally funded universities are required to disclose, twice annually, any gifts and contracts from a foreign source that are worth at least $250,000 in a calendar year.

Rep. Tim Walberg (R-Mich.), chair of the House Education and Workforce Committee, told JNS that “our college campuses are being flooded with foreign cash, but every single dollar given by our adversaries comes with strings attached.”

“America’s adversaries exploit these financial ties to steal research, spread divisive propaganda, push indoctrination and undermine free speech,” Walberg said.

“Enough is enough,” he added. “The Trump administration is making the reporting of foreign funds easier and more transparent so we can protect our students and the integrity of American education.”

Kenneth Marcus, chairman and CEO of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law and a former assistant U.S. secretary of education for civil rights, told JNS that he’s “glad that the Trump administration is bringing greater transparency to the enormous amount of foreign money that’s coming into our higher education system.”

According to the dashboard, Qatar was the source of around $6.6 billion to U.S. universities, followed by Germany ($4.4 billion), England ($4.3 billion), China ($4.1 billion), Canada ($4 billion) and Saudi Arabia ($3.9 billion).

Of the schools that received funds from Qatar, Cornell University topped the list with $2.3 billion, followed by Carnegie Mellon University ($1 billion), Texas A&M University ($992.8 million) and Georgetown University ($971.1 million).

“In particular, this portal already shows huge amounts coming in from Qatar,” Marcus told JNS. “It is hard to imagine that this amount of money doesn’t imply some amount of influence, and it’s fair to ask what kind of influence Qatar is obtaining in exchange for its money.”

Overall, the data shows that the value of contracts and gifts from all foreign countries has been $62.4 billion to 527 U.S. colleges and universities.

Brandy Shufutinsky, director of the education and national security program at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told JNS that she has questions about the data, such as whether universities are required to report the specific funding entities within a country.

“For example, if an international non-governmental organization or governmental department gave funds to an American university, does that university have to disclose the name of that NGO or governmental department?” she said. (JNS sought comment from the Education Department.)

She also asked whether the portal provides information on how foreign funding is used.

“The idea for the portal should not only be to increase transparency around Section 117, but to allow users to truly understand the level of foreign funding and influence taking place in the American higher education system,” Shufutinsky said.

Linda McMahon, U.S. education secretary, stated that “after years of neglect by the Biden administration, the new portal will assist our institutions of higher education in fulfilling their statutory responsibilities and enable us to protect our national security by facilitating improved compliance.”

According to the portal, Yeshiva University in New York has received $1,097,897 in foreign funding, and Rabbinical College Bobover Yeshiva Bnei Zion in New York received $1.5 million. Both received foreign funding solely from Canadian sources. Yeshiva had three such gifts and the rabbinical college had two.

The Michigan Jewish Institute, a Chabad-affiliated organization in the Detroit area, received a single $250,000 contract from an Israeli source between 2011 and 2013, according to the portal. The institute shuttered in March 2016.

The portal reported a total of $62,4 billion total disclosures to the Education Department up until Jan. 31, 2025, including 117,152 total reports from 194 countries to 527 U.S. colleges and universities.

Brandeis University, which “is animated by a set of values that are rooted in Jewish history and experience,” was listed in the portal as having received $7,816,216 in foreign funding in 17 transactions from the United Nations ($3.9 million), Malaysia ($1.4 million), Hong Kong ($821,000), United Kingdom ($570,000), France ($420,000), Canada ($405,000) and Switzerland ($250,000).

About half of the funding for Brandeis came from restricted contracts (55.9%) and 30.1% were gifts and 14% were restricted gifts.

According to the most recent disclosure file, dated Feb. 28, 2025, Israel had 1,323 transactions for a total of $419,454,891.24 to about 105 institutions. The largest three were contracts to Brigham Young University: $7 million in 2018, $6.5 million in 2020 and $5.2 million in 2019

US MILITARY SUPERIORITY

BELOW are excerpts from two different scourges as to how the raid to capture Manduro happened. Again not officially confirmed but I do trust one of the sources. If true, it is an example of the technology that is out there for our military. We always see the tech for our armed forces is far ahead of civilian uses. If true it would expose the Russian and or possibly China defense systems that are inadequate. We know how easy Iran’s defense systems were rendered useless last summer during the 12 day war.

This account from a Venezuelan security guard loyal to Nicolás Maduro is absolutely chilling—and it explains a lot about why the tone across Latin America suddenly changed.

Security Guard: On the day of the operation, we didn’t hear anything coming. We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation. The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions. We didn’t know how to react.

Interviewer: So what happened next? How was the main attack?

Security Guard: After those drones appeared, some helicopters arrived, but there were very few. I think barely eight helicopters. From those helicopters, soldiers came down, but a very small number. Maybe twenty men. But those men were technologically very advanced. They didn’t look like anything we’ve fought against before.

Interviewer: And then the battle began?

Security Guard: Yes, but it was a massacre. We were hundreds, but we had no chance. They were shooting with such precision and speed… it seemed like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute. We couldn’t do anything.

Interviewer: And your own weapons? Didn’t they help?

Security Guard: No help at all. Because it wasn’t just the weapons. At one point, they launched something—I don’t know how to describe it… it was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside. We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move.

Interviewer: And your comrades? Did they manage to resist?

Security Guard: No, not at all. Those twenty men, without a single casualty, killed hundreds of us. We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I’ve never seen anything like it. We couldn’t even stand up after that sonic weapon or whatever it was.

Interviewer: So do you think the rest of the region should think twice before confronting the Americans?

Security Guard: Without a doubt. I’m sending a warning to anyone who thinks they can fight the United States. They have no idea what they’re capable of. After what I saw, I never want to be on the other side of that again. They’re not to be messed with.

Interviewer: And now that Trump has said Mexico is on the list, do you think the situation will change in Latin America?

Security Guard: Definitely. Everyone is already talking about this. No one wants to go through what we went through. Now everyone thinks twice. What happened here is going to change a lot of things, not just in Venezuela but throughout the region. Source

Pro-Family Coalition Urges Executive Order To Protect Religious Freedom Of Christian Parents

A pro-family, pro-child coalition urged the Trump administration this week to issue an executive order protecting parental rights and the religious freedom of Christian parents and foster parents.

The proposed order, which the coalition workshopped with the White House Domestic Policy Council on Wednesday, would:

  • Explicitly affirm parents’ constitutional right to raise their children according to their religious beliefs.
  • Repeal federal foster care rules preventing or obstructing people who affirm biological sex from becoming foster parents.
  • Prohibit organizations from using federal funds to remove children from parents who do not affirm same-sex attraction or sexual identity confusion.
  • Remove federal funding from organizations which help children conceal sexual identity confusion from their parents.

These four recommendations would prevent federal and state governments from unconstitutionally withholding adoption and foster care licenses from Christians or taking children with sexual identity confusion away from loving, Christian parents.

States like Colorado, Massachusetts, Vermont, Oregon, Washington and Californiarequire prospective foster parents to affirm a child’s same-sex attraction and sexual identity confusion.

In 2024, the Department of Health and Human Services released regulations giving progressive, “gender affirming” foster care placement organizations privileged status over biology-affirming ones.

Policies like these prevent people like Jessica BatesBryan and Rebecca GanttBrian and Katy Wuoti and Mike and Kitty Burkes from fostering or adopting some of the estimated 400,000 children in the U.S. foster care system.

Parents in many states can also lose custody of their children for failure to affirm their same-sex attraction or sexual identity confusion.

The Indiana Department of Child Services took custody of Mary and Jeremy Cox’s 16-year-old son after the couple refused to affirm his “transgender identity.” A court eventually found the Cox’s had not abused their son — but the state never gave him back.

He remained in the department’s care to receive treatment for an eating disorder which had worsened while he was away from home.

The Coxes are just one of innumerable heartbreaking examples of state agencies taking children from loving parents who affirm biological. Erin Friday, one of the coalition leaders who met with the White House on Wednesday, says the number of families in this situation far exceeds most people’s expectations.

“The public is unaware that children are being kidnapped by child protective services and family judges because these cases are usually sealed or there are confidentiality laws that prevent parents from going public,” she told The Daily Signal.

Christian parents need not have their child taken to suffer under child protective agencies’ scrutiny.

Erin Lee received an unexpected visit from the Colorado Department of Human Services after she tried to hold her daughter’s public school accountable for secretly teaching gender ideology.

“We managed to evade losing our children that day, but I’ve met many parents who weren’t so lucky,” Lee, who eventually saved her daughter from damaging sexual identity confusion, told the Daily Wire.

She continued: “I also had a six-year-old and an infant at the time and I shudder to think that I could have lost all three of my kids for being a good parent, for being unwilling to lie to my daughter and send her down a path of self-hatred and destruction.”

Laws and policies penalizing Christian parents and prospective foster parents for questioning “gender affirming care” are increasingly ludicrous given the mounting evidence proving sex-rejecting procedures harm minors.

The Department of Health and Human Services’ own, peer-reviewed report found “transgender” medical interventions — including puberty blockers, wrong-sex hormones and surgeries — pose “significant, long term and too often ignored” harms to children.

It’s about time America’s foster care systems reflect reality.

It is time to return to Biblical and moral values in America. We were founded on religious freedom and no blue state socialists who wishes to destroy the family unit and push immorality should be allowed to do so. Protect religious freedom and pro life, Mr President. That is what I voted for and what you said you would do! Rh

A Strong Delusion

“And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie,”

‭‭II Thessalonians‬ ‭2‬:‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬

Just this morning I was watching a Telegram post by the sister-in-law of Tony Blair.  She was waxing poetic on the beauties of Islam.   Are you serious?  Talk of a strong delusion.  She continued, “because of the attack on Israel on October 7th the beauty of Allah and Islam is being shown to the world.”  She further stated that “October 7th was a legendary day in history, people are picking up the Quran because of the steadfastness of the people of Gaza to find the beauty in the Quran.  How many people will accept Islam because of this, only Allah knows.”  And on and on with the delusion, “be strong and steadfast and carry on the struggle.”  She concluded

People can believe what they want, but to call Islam a religion of peace when killing and raping is the modus aparendi of the faithful?

What of the sign from gender confused youth who support the Palestinian cause carrying flags and marching in the streets.  Do they not realize they would be stoned or thrown off buildings for this lifestyle in most countries in the Middle East?  Apparently not.

A strong demonic spirit of delusion has gripped the world.  From gender confusions to religions of a death cult, to believing Israel controls the world etc.  It is the spirit of anti-christ invading the world by leaps and bounds.  Evil will continue in these last days we live in.  Truth will become a precious commodity. Guard it well.

“For our transgressions are multiplied before You, And our sins testify against us; For our transgressions are with us, And as for our iniquities, we know them: In transgressing and lying against the Lord, And departing from our God, Speaking oppression and revolt, Conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. Justice is turned back, And righteousness stands afar off; For truth is fallen in the street, And equity cannot enter. So truth fails,

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭59‬:‭12‬-‭15‬a ‭NKJV‬‬

“Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.”

‭‭John‬ ‭17‬:‭17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Truth has a name and it’s name is Jesus!

Fake Conservatives

Excellent post on X by David Limbaugh, brother of the late Rush Limbaugh. This has always been my concerns as well. Please take a read. Rh

David Limbaugh

I try not to make politics personal too often (though I know I sometimes fail). But one thing that gets under my skin is people who either a) pretended to be conservative and cultivated a wide following and then dramatically changed their tune, or b) were ACTUALLY conservative and later changed — without admitting they’ve changed but instead still claim the conservative banner under which to peddle their new poison. This confuses the H out of their naive or ignorant followers and damages the conservative brand and long-respected conservative institutions.

A particularly egregious version of this is when purportedly conservative Christians now promote (overtly or subtly) antisemitism, and slander Israel – often denying their animus and saying their focus is purely based on disagreements with Israeli policies and actions. Many of these people have also adopted and advocated some utterly bizarre historical and political opinions apart from antisemitism, which causes even further confusion.

I’ll add that many of the people doing this, as part of a cynical calculation, are playing to younger audiences and those with grievances and looking for someone to blame. Common sense, tradition, and especially the Bible frown upon corrupting, confusing or leading youth astray. I could cite the Scriptures but the cynics would just say they’re not applicable to this situation – and they can believe that all they want.

So much of this has become personal. And those of us defending conservatism and standing up for the Jewish people are not the ones who have made this personal. I don’t apologize for being personally repulsed by what’s going on.

I leave open the possibility that some purveyors of this toxicity may actually be out of their minds or unwittingly under evil influences (though the latter’s hard to believe), but even if that’s the case, they deserve to be called out too. The stakes are too high. We have a country to save. We have values in which we believe and try to live by. These are strong, bright red lines we must draw.

As to those to whom any of the above applies, why don’t you just admit you have animus for Israel and/or Jews? Why don’t you admit you have become political liberals in the name of conservatism? If you’ll just come out in the open and admit who you are and what you’re about, we can fight you openly and the public can make informed choices. I happen to believe truth and decency will win in the end, but first we need to call out the deceit.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but it’s the way I see much of what’s going on “inside” the conservative movement.

Only The Tip Of The Iceberg: Somalia’s UN Ambassador Linked to Fraud Scandal Enveloping Minnesota

The scope of the Medicaid fraud scandal that has enveloped Minnesota appeared to widen Monday as Somalia’s ambassador to the United Nations has been linked to an Ohio home health care provider that has submitted fraudulent Medicaid claims, according to an official at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

HHS Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill confirmed that Abukar Dahir Osman, Somalia’s UN Ambassador, “is in fact associated with Progressive Health Care Services, a home health agency in Cincinnati.” He added that “HHS has previously taken action against Progressive in response to a conviction for Medicaid fraud.”

The announcement adds another layer to the burgeoning federal benefits fraud scandal that has been uncovered in Minnesota, where a pattern of rampant Medicaid claims fraud perpetrated by counterfeit child care companies has been occurring primarily within the Somalian immigrant community in the Twin Cities area. The scandal picked up steam in late November after The New York Times spotlighted it, but it has been ongoing since at least 2018, with some estimating the scale of the fraud to be at least $9 billion. President Trump remarked over the weekend that the number could be as high as $19 billion and may eventually reach $50 billion.

Reports emerged Monday that the Trump administration is responding to the growing scandal with a massive deployment of federal agents to the Minneapolis area. Administration officials told CBS News that approximately 2,000 agents and officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) will fan out in the Twin Cities area for a “30-day surge in operations” on illegal immigration and to continue the probe into potential Medicaid fraud. So far, “Federal prosecutors have charged more than 90 people in Minnesota-based fraud cases since 2021, with more than 60 convictions so far.”

In addition, the administration announced that it would halt $10 billion in social services and child care funding to five Democrat-led states, including Minnesota, pending federal investigations.

Federal officials like Alex J. Adams, who serves as assistant secretary for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at HHS, say that the scale of the fraud is “eye popping.”

“Just this past May, the HHS inspector general had issued a report questioning the attendance records practices in Minnesota, suggesting that it was leading to overpayment,” he explained during “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” Monday. “… [U]nfortunately, it does not just impact those in Minnesota. It impacts all American taxpayers because these are federal dollars that are given to the state, a portion of which are then stolen by fraudsters.”

Adams went on to detail how his agency is responding to the fraud. “We took three quick actions last week. First, we put up on our website childcare.gov, a tip line for anyone with allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse to report to us directly. To date we’ve received about 280 tips nationwide and from multiple different states. I mean, it does appear that this exists outside of that state as well. We did ask for an audit of Minnesota and some of the day care facilities specifically named. And the third thing is we set up a defend-suspend system where states, prior to drawing down funds for child care, have to substantiate their draw down with evidence of legitimacy.”

Adams further pointed out that the policies of the Biden administration only enabled fraudsters to cash in on the $185 million in taxpayer dollars that the state of Minnesota receives each year for child care programs for the poor.

“[T]he Biden administration had adopted regulations that would have required states to pay child care providers in advance based on enrollment rather than after the fact (based on attendance records that are verifiable) that would have turbocharged fraud,” he underscored. “So in addition to those actions that we took last week, the Trump administration today published a proposed rule to limit or eliminate those Biden era provisions. And we’re trying to get these programs back on the right path, which is to help the children and families for whom Congress intended.”

As to the full breadth of the scandal, “we’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg so far,” Adams emphasized. “But Americans can have confidence that we’re going to uncover the size and magnitude of this, and we’re going to do everything we can to return those dollars back to hard working Americans.”

Dan Hart is senior editor at The Washington Stand, a news division of the Family Research Council.

Daniel Cohen, News Director for the Real Life Network, highlighted Governor Tim Walz’s knowledge and inaction regarding the massive fraud scheme, citing testimony directly from DHS employees.

“More than 400 Minnesota Department of Human Services employees—people who work in the system—saw the fraud with their own eyes, coming forward to sound the alarm and call the Governor to action,” Cohen detailed. “The DHS workers assert that Tim Walz is entirely responsible for this disaster, explaining that they begged him to do something.”

“What did Walz do? He retaliated by threatening their jobs, monitoring their activities, and allegedly intimidating them,” he continued. “The Governor did everything in his power to silence the whistleblowers who were trying to protect American taxpayer dollars. Why? Was Walz terrified of the political backlash that would come from the Somali community? Was he more concerned about being called a racist than he was about stopping the theft of billions of American taxpayer dollars? Or—here is the other question that may come to light—maybe he was in on it.”

“The details of this story paint a very disturbing picture,” Cohen underscored. “Isaiah 29:15 says, ‘Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the Lord, who do their work in darkness…’ God sees, the American people see, and we demand accountability.”

IMO It is time to clean house, jail time and fines are needed. If nothing is done over this type of blatant abuse, we have lost our nation! Rh

Venezuela Air Defense

Very interesting post copied from Amir Tsarfati’s Telegram account. Amir is an expert in Middle Eastern affairs having been a former member of the IDF with great contacts in intelligence. Rh

Venezuela from the Russian perspective

It is difficult to overstate the level of frustration across Russian social media over the American move in Venezuela. There is hardly a single Russian military blogger who has not addressed it. The reaction on the Russian side revolves around two main axes.

The first axis is dominated by frustration that, once again, Russian systems – especially Russian air-defense systems – were caught completely unprepared. Russian commentators complain that, once again, their allies proved incompetent and unable to properly operate the equipment they were given, making Russian hardware appear ineffective.

Added to this is concern over the geopolitical consequences: the Maduro regime was seen as a close ally of the Kremlin – and that ally is now gone. Another fear frequently raised is that once infrastructure is restored, the United States could impose a global oil price ceiling of roughly $50 per barrel due to its control over production in Venezuela.

The second axis is captured by the most common phrase circulating on Russian Telegram over the past week:

а что так можно?

“So… you can actually do that?”

Despite everything mentioned above, most of the Russian frustration stems from the fact that the Americans succeeded precisely where the Russians failed. Anger over the successful arrest of Maduro is almost always accompanied by sharp criticism of the Kremlin’s actions at the start of the war and Russia’s failed attempt to seize Kyiv.

In the image: a modern Russian-made Buk air-defense system in Venezuela after receiving American “treatment”.

Round Two??

Over the past several hours, dozens of U.S. Air Force aerial refueling tankers and heavy military transport aircraft – specifically C-5 and C-17 platforms – have departed from the United States and from a U.S. airbase in the United Kingdom, heading toward the Middle East.

According to multiple sources, the United States is preparing for strikes against Iran, and this activity reflects the ongoing transfer of forces to the region.

What about Joseph??

As 2026 starts I am reading the Bible through from Genesis to Revelation.  One can do that by reading just 3 or 4 chapters a day.  Very easy.  I don’t always do that from front to back, many times I read through in varying ways.  Starting at Genesis gives us, especially needed in today’s anti-Jewish world, a complete look at the people of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob or Israel as his name was changed by God.

As I am closing in on finishing the book of Genesis, the Lord put something in my heart early (about 5 AM) this morning.  Joseph has been sold into slavery by the jealousy of his brothers.  Joseph ends up in Egypt and through divine revelations given to Joseph he rises from prison to the number two official in Egypt, only behind Pharoah.  God always has a plan.  With dreams of seven years of plenty, then 7 years of drought God revealed to Joseph how to save not only Egypt, but Joseph’s long lost family.  The family is restored, and Israel becomes a multitude of people.

Let’s back up for today’s devotion of truth and faithfulness on God’s part.  After Joseph was put in prison on a lie, falsely accused of sexual misconduct with his boss’s wife.  Joseph was forgotten by a fellow prisoner who was released through a dream Joseph interpreted.  Joseph had asked the man to speak favorable to Pharoah on his behalf.  The man forgot.  Out of sight out of mind.  Later as Pharoah had a troubling dream Joseph was released from prison to interpret the dream and soon was put second in charge of the Kingdom of Egypt.  Rags to riches, no, just God’s plan of redemption for the Hebrew people during the seven year drought.  Wow God works in mysterious ways.

The rags to riches story culminates with Joseph being given a wife, and having two sons form to him.

“And to Joseph were born two sons before the years of famine came, whom Asenath, the daughter of Poti-Pherah priest of On, bore to him. Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh: “For God has made me forget all my toil and all my father’s house.””

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭41‬:‭50‬-‭51‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“And the name of the second he called Ephraim: “For God has caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction.””

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭41‬:‭52‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

What a testimony of the patience and perseverance of Joseph, years in prison falsely accused. raised up to the second highest seat of power in the land of Egypt.  His testimony was his children’s names.

Notice the names Joseph gave his sons, Manasseh (forgotten toil), and Ephraim (fruitful in affliction).

What of our testimony?  Does the world, those outside the church see our faithfulness and fruitfulness, even in trials and trouble?  Or do they see cranky defeated Christians walking a compromised life?  What a wonderful testimony of the life of Joseph.  God never forgets us, and will make us fruitful, even in times of trials and persecution.

In times of trouble or persecution, our attitude becomes our walk, and our walk becomes our testimony.  What does the unbelieving world say about you?
