South Carolina to Become Latest State to Pass Heartbeat Bill
South Carolina is on the verge of passing a bill banning abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, making it the latest state to move forward with pro-life legislation.
The state legislature’s House Judiciary Committee approved the “heartbeat” bill by a nearly 2-1 margin Tuesday, teeing up the legislation for a vote on the House floor. The statesenate passed the bill by a 30-13 margin with one Republican voting against the bill and one Democrat voting for it. The legislation would effectively ban abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, around the point at which a fetal heartbeat is detected, with an exception for cases of rape, incest, and the health of the mother. TED CRUZ: Trump’s Rhetoric Was “Reckless and Irresponsible”
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) denounced former President Trump during the season premiere of his podcast, calling his behavior “both reckless and irresponsible.”
“That evidence, the campaign did not prove that in any court, and to make a determination about an election it has to be based on the evidence, and so simply saying the result you want, that’s not responsible and you’ve never heard me use language like that,” Cruz said.
“President Trump’s rhetoric, I think, went way too far over the line. I think it was both reckless and irresponsible because he said repeatedly—and he said over and over again—he won by a landslide; there was massive fraud; it was all stolen everywhere,” Cruz told Daily Wire’s Michael Knowles.
In my opinion Cruz is no better than RINO Graham. Get rid of all them. Primary every one.
