INGRASSIA: The Art Of The Choke: How Kamala Harris’ Dumpster Fire Of A CNN Interview Indicates That She’s Not Presidential Material

By Paul Ingrassia

The takeaway of any honest viewer of Kamala Harris’ much-lambasted interview with CNN’s Dana Bash this past week is that of someone overwhelmed – burdened, one might say – by the stresses of campaigning, and for that reason, wholly unsuited to the office that she seeks.  Even though the Left would beg to differ, one can still level a criticism against a so-called “person of color” that is not based on race or gender, but rather, stands alone as an objective assessment of the candidate’s performance.

In terms of conviction, Harris cut the opposite of the image of a confident leader.  The fact that she needed Tim Walz with her in tow, who has been needled by the press as “Kamala’s comfort dog” – someone who is supposed to provide assurance for a candidate palpably in over her head, is hardly the look of a strong, independent woman.  Rather than be the change candidate, the impression was a candidate ill-equipped in every possible way to take on the solemn and sober duties of the highest political office in the land.  Not a good look for a president.

Kamala’s uncertainty began with her non-responses, which invariably devolved into “word salads” of jumbled and confused thoughts, decoupled from specifics on policy or anything resembling a novel or coherent line of reasoning.  This was immediately on display when Bash pressed Harris on her pivot on several policies, especially fracking.  In 2020, as a Democratic candidate for president, Harris ran on a platform of banning the practice unilaterally.  Her change now is obviously born of political expediency, plain and simple.  Everyone knows this gambit: she is desperately trying to pander to crucial voters in Pennsylvania and other rustbelt states, whose economies so heavily depend on the oil and gas industries.  Only a fool would deny that incontestable fact.  So too would a fool believe Kamala at her word, and think she has come to a genuine change of heart on that issue.

Luckily, most people aren’t fools. This was evident by the downward trends in prediction markets and major pollsters, which had Kamala Harris riding the wave of a manufactured “honeymoon period” narrative in the weeks after Joe Biden was forced out of the race. The fallout of the CNN debacle was swift and unforgiving: Polymarkets, a betting platform, which had Kamala leading Donald Trump before the CNN interview, immediately reverted to having the 45th President ahead once again.

Nate Silver, a left-leaning pollster who created FiveThirtyEightalso yielded a forecast model that gave Donald Trump a five point advantage over his opponent in taking the electoral college. These polls and prediction markets indicate that Americans can detect a choke and bullshit artist when they see one, and Kamala Harris, whose acted out the Art of the Choke in realtime on CNN, came across in the worst possible way: an unapologetic liar, willing to say anything — including adopting President Trump’s own policies, and rhetoric — to get herself elected.

This is especially true given her previous, well-documented devotion to the Cult of Climate Science, which was zealous and extreme. In 2020, if it were up to her, she would have wiped the oil and gas producers off the face of a planet.  Now, of course, her handlers tell her to speak out of both sides of her mouth to pander to what they hope are gullible voters.  This explains Kamala’s garbled answer to Bash, professing that her “values have not changed,” even though she now, apparently, supports fracking – at least until November 5th.

Trump’s Abortion Pivot Sparks Outcry: ‘This Is Wrong … And We Cannot Be Silent’

By Suzanne Bowdey

The shock hasn’t worn off for pro-lifers, who continue to watch with dismay as Donald Trump and his Catholic running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), seem to publicly disavow years of conservative principles on the unborn. Reaction is still pouring inover the former president’s tweet that his administration would be “great” for “reproductive rights,” a euphemism for abortion that many see as a devastating surrender in itself. It would be one thing, the editors of National Review wrote, “for a Republican candidate for national office to say that a federal law against abortion is unattainable, or even undesirable,” given the current political realities. But at this point, they continue, “pro-lifers have to wonder if there’s any difference left between the parties on abortion.”

Of course, as veterans of the movement know, the warning signs loomed large well before July’s Republican National Convention, when Trump’s inside circle hinted that abortion would no longer be an issue of common concern but a political inconvenience that the former president would try to avoid at all costs. The ensuing party platform cemented those fears, shredding paragraphs of pro-life vision and values in exchange for four sentences that promised merely to “oppose Late Term Abortion” and support mothers.

Even that seems to be in doubt after Vance’s Sunday interview, in which he walked back any support for a 15-week federal threshold for abortion, which is past the point unborn babies can feel pain. Asked whether or not he would commit to not “impos[ing] a federal ban on abortion,” Vance replied, “I can absolutely commit that.” He continued, “I think it’s important to step back and say, ‘What has Donald Trump actually said on the abortion question, and how is it different from what Kamala Harris and the Democrats have said?’ Donald Trump wants to end this culture war over this particular topic.”

In what appears to be a big departure from Trump’s first term as president, Vance wouldn’t even commit to the 45th president’s former positions — which, until recently, were considered the bare minimum of bipartisan federal policy: blocking taxpayer-funded abortion at home and abroad, stopping the military’s war on the unborn, and ending the shipment of abortion pills to pro-life states.

It is terribly troubling the “new stance” of Trump on abortion. We all knew it was coming but still deeply concerned of a move away from Moral Conservative values. We always have to compromise. We are used to it, but still not happy about it. Rh

The Abortion Queen-Jezebel of Death

Below are the actual words taken from the Kamala acceptance speech for the Democratic nomination for President. Why do they crave blood so much? Why do they desire to sacrifice the unborn to an ancient god called Molech? Is there some kind of blood lust that permeates their empty soul? God help the children! No person of faith can ever vote for this dark soul. She empty, devoid of humanity and lost in death. Rh

From the transcript of Kamala Harris’ speech:

“Donald Trump hand-picked members of the United States Supreme Court to take away reproductive freedom. And now he brags about it. His words: Quote –’I did it, and I’m proud to have done it.’ End quote.”

“Over the past two years, I have traveled across our country. And women have told me their stories. …”

“… doctors are afraid of going to jail for caring for their patients. …”

“This is what is happening in our country. Because of Donald Trump. And understand, he is not done.”

“As a part of his agenda, he and his allies would limit access to birth control, ban medication abortion, and enact a nation-wide abortion ban with or without Congress. … And get this… he plans to create a national anti-abortion coordinator. …”

“And one must ask: Why exactly is it that they don’t trust women? … Well, we trust women. … And when Congress passes a bill to restore reproductive freedom, as President of the United States, I will proudly sign it into law.”

Will Democrats Repeat the Fraud of 2020?

Matt Kane

A plot to steal the 2024 election from President Trump is well underway, and not just by suppressing information online or dragging Trump through the court system. Those are instances of throwing anything and everything at the wall hoping something sticks, but not the master plan. The real plots have a much more direct impact on the election results rather than just swaying voter perception. We know this because those behind these plots are openly revealing them.

A recent joint CISA and FBI press release warned of potential “attacks on election infrastructure that support election operations, which could hinder public access to election information.” This was immediately followed by assurances that these attacks would “not impact the security or integrity of election processes.” Essentially, the same FBI that raided President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and recently cast doubt on whether he was actually shot is now telling us that, although we may not have live access to election night results—an unprecedented situation in American history, especially just four years after a highly controversial election—we can trust the results whenever they eventually appear on our television sets without question.

Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin has also revealed what appears to be a Plan B in the event the CISA/FBI election night plan that is disguised as a “warning” fails to prevent a Trump victory. In a clip that deserves far more scrutiny, Raskin painted a grim picture of how January 6th, 2025 (the day Congress would meet to officially certify Trump’s general election win) might unfold. According to Raskin, it will be “up to us (Congress) to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he’s disqualified, and then we’ll need bodyguards for everybody due to civil war conditions.” Raskin alludes to language regarding insurrection found in section 3 of the 14th Amendment as a means of disqualifying Trump from taking office even if he wins the election. In layman’s terms, section 3 bars anybody who has ever engaged in insurrection from holding public office.

However, Raskin is either unaware (which is unlikely) or intentionally dismissive of other language in that same section, which states that for someone to be disqualified under these circumstances, they must be convicted by at least two thirds of the Senate. That threshold was already tested during President Trump’s second impeachment and was not met. Nonetheless, Raskin sharing this very specific and detailed scenario indicates that congressional Democrats (and perhaps some Republicans) are considering it. Despite Raskin’s plot being highly unconstitutional given Trump’s acquittal, he casts Trump supporters as the antagonists in this hypothetical scenario by ignoring how justified they would be in resisting such an overtly unconstitutional scheme.

Beyond these admissions, the Democrats’ current campaign strategy, which mirrors their “unconventional” 2020 approach, suggests they are relying on more than just winning over hearts and minds to stay in power. While many believe looking back won’t help Trump, those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Given the Democrats’ overt hatred for President Trump, their lethargic campaigning throughout the 2020 election cycle should have set off alarm bells, as it was naive to assume they would punt away a general election to him. Even before Trump became president, the Uniparty establishment made their political and personal hatred for him well known and spent his entire term working to delegitimize his election and remove him from office. Despite these attempts, the Democrats 2020 campaign did not suggest they were serious about beating him. They nominated a feeble and fading, two-time failed primary candidate in Joe Biden, used COVID as an excuse to shield him from the public, and ran on a radically left agenda that was the antithesis of Trump’s increasingly popular America First one. It wasn’t until the early hours of November 4th, 2020, that it became obvious why that was the case: It wasn’t President Trump versus Joe Biden, but rather their election theft machine. Now, we are once again seeing them use similar tactics as we approach the 2024 election.

Democrats are even more desperate to prevent Trump from returning to power now than they were four years ago, making their familiar uninspiring campaign methods all the more suspicious. They are once again running on a platform that repulses moderates—an essential bloc for anyone seeking to win the general election. In fact, they didn’t even seek input from their own voters during this election’s “primary,” opting instead for party elites to undemocratically replace primary winner Joe Biden with one of the few people less popular than he is, Kamala Harris. Harris’s continuous avoidance of unscripted media appearances during the three weeks following her coronation is particularly notable, given how reminiscent it is of the Democrats’ 2020 Biden-basement strategy that miraculously resulted in a Biden “win.” Couple this with Kamala’s selection of equally radical leftist Tim Walz for Vice President—who, as Governor of Minnesota, changed laws to shield information about the deaths of abortion survivors, expressed a warmness to socialism, strongly advocated for child mutilation disguised as “gender-affirming care,” and vehemently opposes a border wall—and it once again appears that they have no interest in “winning,” which contradicts their obvious and desperate desire to remain in power.

Instead, it appears they still aim to benefit from schemes that influenced the 2020 election. Or, perhaps they plan for some of the 10-20 million new illegal aliens who have entered the country since then to vote, as evidenced by Biden’s opposition to the SAVE Act which would prevent illegals from voting. Many are still under the false impression that the main cause of election fraud was the exploitation COVID-centric voting laws. But with COVID no longer a factor, this thinking is exactly what those behind the schemes want, as it breeds complacency in correcting the many other mechanisms such as outdated voter rolls, an absence of voter ID requirements, missing ballot images from vulnerable electronic voting machines, signature verification errors, lack of chain of custody records, and much more that all still pose a serious threat to the 2024 results truly reflecting the will of the people.

Democrats seemingly self-defeating actions make sense once you understand that they aren’t trying to convince people to vote for them. They are fully committed to advancing the radical left cause regardless of how unconvincing they are when explaining how someone like Joe Biden received the most votes in U.S. history. The widespread belief that they wouldn’t cheat again because it would be too obvious is a fantasy. They wouldn’t have dispatched the will of the Democrat primary voters without at least having some schemes in place to intervene in the general election as well if need be. They have attempted to remove Trump by any means necessary and openly refer to him as the greatest threat to democracy. It is clear they are long past the point of no return. Given that all these events have made Trump even more formidable, does resorting to stealing another election—one that would likely result in them acquiring power in perpetuity—really seem beneath them?

While the establishment machine is undoubtedly powerful, their plans to steal this election are far from guaranteed. The RNC has already implemented measures to combat potential issues, and drastic shifts in voter registration favoring Republicans have reduced the Democrats previously held breathing room. Moreover, as we saw on July 13th, God’s power can override any sinister human plot. While we don’t know His full plan, many view President Trump’s survival of the attempt on his life as evidence of millions of prayers being answered. In less than 100 days, we will know if His plans entail a victory for President Trump that is “Too Big To Rig.”

Free Abortions Offered to DNC Attendees – Pro-Lifers Criticize the ‘Shout Your Abortion’ Agenda

Can the Democratic Party get any lower on the morality pole than this? I wonder if the powers that be in the Democratic socialist party of America, have any exceptions to abortion on demand? What if a baby is born alive, would you save the life of that child? About 92% of all abortions performed in America are done for convenience, not because of the life of the mother being in danger, rape or incest.

Unfortunately, the Republican Party is taking a similar track. It barely mentioned pro life in their platform for 2024. And in fact, the standard bearer of the Republican Party Donald Trump, has blamed pro-lifers for the defeats of some of the candidates. He endorsed in the midterms in 2022. He seems to want to make it a state issue. Well I would agree with him on that if we were not for the fact that when you take the life of a child, it is called murder. This country should never allow a baby to be ripped apart and killed in the process of abortion.

I pray that America will soon return to its spiritual roots and rebuild the foundation of a nation born on Judeo Christian values. God help us all if we do not. Rh

“Several Bombshells” – Far-Left Author Bob Woodward to Drop ‘October Surprise’ on Kamala Harris and Joe Biden

by Cristina Laila

Bob Woodward, a far-left author and Washington Post editor, is set to drop an ‘October surprise’ on Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.

Far-left author Bob Woodward’s forthcoming book about Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will drop several bombshells on October 15.

Per Real Clear Investigations reporter Paul Sperry: OCTOBER SURPRISE: A source close to Bob Woodward says his forthcoming book, “War,” about the Biden-Harris administration’s inner workings will “not be kind to Biden or Kamala” and will drop several bombshells on Oct. 15 when Simon & Schuster releases the tome … developing …

Simon and Schuster called Bob Woodward’s forthcoming book ‘War,’ an “intimate and sweeping account of one of the most tumultuous and dangerous periods in presidential politics and American history.”

Is it possibly that this is true? Hope so! Interesting as I have conjectured and mostly “hoped” that they allowed Kamala to run knowing she would lose. Why waste a decent candidate to only lose to Trump. Of course if they cheat enough we will be stuck with “cacklin Kamala. Rh

Georg Whitefield (Revivalist in Colonial America)

Beginning in 1740, George Whitefield preached seven times in America. He spread the Great Awakening Revival, which helped unite the Colonies prior to the Revolutionary War.

Whitefield‘s preaching stirred crowds with enthusiasm, which was criticized by the formal, established churches of the day. When they closed their doors to him, Whitefield began preaching out-of-doors. Crowds grew so large that no church could have held the number of people, sometimes being as large as 25,000.

In one sermon, George Whitefield proclaimed:

“Never rest until you can say, ‘the Lord our righteousness.’ Who knows but the Lord may have mercy, nay, abundantly pardon you? Beg of God to give you faith; and if the Lord give you that, you will by it receive Christ, with his righteousness, and his all … None, none can tell, but those happy souls who have experienced it with what demonstration of the Spirit this conviction comes …”

“Oh, how amiable, as well as all sufficient, does the blessed Jesus now appear! With what new eyes does the soul now see the Lord its righteousness! Brethren, it is unutterable … Those who live godly in Christ, may not so much be said to live, as Christ to live in them … They are led by the Spirit as a child is led by the hand of its father … They hear, know, and obey his voice … Being born again in God they habitually live to, and daily walk with God.”

George Whitefield was one of the first ministers to publicly preach the Gospel to slaves. This profoundly influenced many preachers, such as Rev. Samuel Davies, and denominations, such as Baptists, Methodists and Quakers, to be inclusive of blacks.

A young black teenager named John Marrant heard Whitefield preach in Charleston, South Carolina. Marrant converted and went on to become one of America’s first black preachers, even preaching among Cherokee, in England and in Nova Scotia.

George Liele, a black slave in Georgia, heard a Great Awakening preacher. He converted and began preaching with such conviction that his master freed him. Liele founded one of America’s first black churches–Silver Bluff Baptist Church in Beach Island, South Carolina, 1773, and then became one of America’s first foreign missionaries, arriving in Jamaica in 1792.

George Whitefield advocated for the improvement of the treatment of slaves, though he sadly held the typical 18th century view which accommodated the institution of slavery.

It was not until 1770 that Pennsylvania Quaker Anthony Benezet pioneered the movement to abolish slavery by founding the Negro School at Philadelphia, and, in 1775, the Society for the Relief of Free Negroes Unlawfully Held in Bondage, of which Franklin became the president in 1785.

Benezet’s school was inspired by Whitefield, who had first proposed in 1739 that Philadelphia have a Charity School for blacks and poor orphan children. Franklin later merged the Charity School with his newly formed Academy of Philadelphia.

Franklin helped finance the building of an auditorium for Whitefield to preach in, after which it became one of the first buildings of the Academy, which turned into the University of Pennsylvania.

I am praying for another Great Awakening in the United States to bring repentance and restoration. Our nation has had at least three great moves of God. Lord we pray for one more! We you join with me to see one last move of God before it is too late. Every major issue that divides our land is a moral issue. It will take moral solutions, not political ones. Rh

Minouche Shafik resigns as Columbia president citing ‘period of turmoil,’ ‘toll on my family’

“Columbia’s next leader must take bold action to address the pervasive antisemitism, support for terrorism and contempt for the university’s rules that have been allowed to flourish on its campus,” said Rep. Virginia Foxx.

Under Shafik’s leadership, Columbia’s campus became a place that Jewish faculty and students have said is rife with Jew-hatred and unsafe for Jews. In June, the Ivy League school in Manhattan settled a lawsuit with a Jewish student.

The House Education and the Workforce Committee has said that Columbia is refusing to turn over documents and is threatening to subpoena the school, and three Columbia deans recently resigned after exchanging text messages—which the university said “touched on ancient antisemitic tropes”—during an event about Jew-hatred on campus.

“During Shafik’s presidency, a disturbing wave of antisemitic harassment, discrimination and disorder engulfed Columbia University’s campus,” stated Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.), chair of the House education committee. “Jewish students and faculty have been mocked, harassed and assaulted simply for their identity. Every student has the right to a safe learning environment. Period. Yet, flagrant violations of the law and the university rules went unpunished.”

“Columbia’s next leader must take bold action to address the pervasive antisemitism, support for terrorism and contempt for the university’s rules that have been allowed to flourish on its campus,” Foxx said.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) wrote that “as a result of president Shafik’s refusal to protect Jewish students and maintain order on campus, Columbia University became the epicenter for virulent antisemitism that has plagued many American university campuses since Hamas’s barbaric attack on Israel last fall.”

“I stood in President Shafik’s office in April and told her to resign, and while it is long overdue, we welcome today’s news,” Johnson said. “Jewish students at Columbia beginning this school year should breathe a sigh of relief.”

“We hope that President Shafik’s resignation serves as an example to university administrators across the country that tolerating or protecting antisemites is unacceptable and will have consequences,” he said.

“Three down, so many to go,” wrote Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), chair of the House Republican Conference and a member of the House education committee, referencing the resignations of the presidents of Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania.

There is no place in modern America for any type of anti-Semitic behavior! I blame the radical teachings in our institutions of higher learning, especially those in the Ivy League. Marxist ideas are promoted and a pervasive hate America mantra is common. These schools do not prepare students for the real world, but a version that depicts America as the “woe of the world.” Rh
