True Patriots

Where are the true Patriots in this country?  You know the ones I’m talking about, they bleed red, white, and blue.  They stand for what is right regardless of the consequences.  Our founding fathers fought a war of independence against insurmountable odds, many in their 20’s and early 30’s, and we have members of Congress that have been serving for decades with no change and no voice for the True Patriot that fights every day for the good of this country.  I look for a true moral  conservative voice to ring out and call out the demigods of the radical left.  Take no prisoners, speak the truth, stand for what is right and defend the Constitution.  Now is not the time to compromise our convictions to make a few friends on the D.C. party circuit!  Oh we have some that are ringing their hands, clutching their pearls and sweating bullets trying to decide what to do.  Let me tell you what to do.

  1. Get on your knees and pray.
  2. Stand for the values that made America strong and a leader in the world.
  3. Speak up for the Constitution
  4. Back this President 100%.
  5. Listen to your constituents.

Stop the violence, call out the troops, restore order.  Remember your oath of office, “support and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.”

Independence Day

Freedom is not free. Freedom always cost people something. We may not have to fight a war physically or put on battle gear to keep or sustain our freedom. I believe the real battle that we find in America is simply a battle of ideas. You see today we are in a philosophical Civil War. The future will be determined by our response to our present situation. We must somehow stand firm on the ideas and the principles that this nation was founded on and we must learn to educate others to the greatness and the sovereignty of this great nation. We are a most unusual country in this world, we are the first on the scene of every tragedy, disaster, and war. Our goal is never to take an inch of soil but only to proclaim and procure freedom and justice for the oppressed. We are a beacon of light in a dark world. Long live the United States of America. May God bless this nation.

2A is Mandatory

Looking at the world realistically, the second amendment may be the only thing standing between us and tyranny.  I was never one to even think that in this country I would need a concealed carry permit.  But that has all changed now.  Not out of fear, but for simple protection.  I was raised in a small farming community, where guns and hunting were common.  Gun racks in the back of pick up trucks were common, but safety and respect were just as common.  Now in this world with crazy anarchist roaming parts of the country…..

Get a gun and learn how to use it for your protection! 

Man our founding Fathers were truly brilliant.

Please don’t misunderstand my comment. Our leaders are making difficult decisions in difficult circumstances and we need to pray for them. My comments are more about how people have reacted. How willingly freedoms are being given up just to feel safe.  How many freedoms are people willing to give up in order to feel safe about any national foe, whether COVID-19 or the next threat?
A sense of social responsibility has entered our culture like I have never witnessed. Have you seen mask wearers at the grocery store look condescendingly at the non-mask wearers?  There seems to be a new breed developing of those who choose the good of the collective state and feel a sense of righteousness for their views and choices. If this choice of the collective over individual freedoms continues unstopped, we will be headlong into socialism and not even realize it.

This super social responsibility is fueling a perceived obligation that government is our ONLY provider for safety.  Christians who have a biblical worldview (and many don’t) should question the unchecked willingness of people to obey any authority other than the God of the Bible.

Covid-19

My initial response back at the very beginning of this virus was as it is now.  It is real, but not as contagious or deadly as the MSM or democratic socialist would lead one to believe.  At the start I commented on Facebook and one of my friends from high school yelled at me for my lack of concern and lack of intelligence.  I simply stated that the virus would basically hit the aged and infirm much harder than the general population.  As time has gone on I have been proven right.  We will never know the actual body count that covid-19 has taken.  The virus must be conservative because it is blamed for almost every death.  Remember over 99% over those infected get over it with little or non emergency attention needed.  I speculate that I might have had this virus back in late December.  Terrible cough so bad I would have to get up and walk to catch my breath and a fever for at least a day, possibly more.  No, I didn’t seek medical help, I dislike Doctors very much.  Must be my age and southern farm boy mentality.  Besides the Lord is with me.  Actually didn’t feel all that bad outside of severe cough and fatigue.  Back to my point, we have shut down small businesses that are the cornerstone of our economy. Retirement plans have taken a hit and the free spirit of America is being destroyed little by little.  

 

What to do?  Fight back and resolve to reopen America.  One rebellious act at a time.  Go outside, take your mask off and live free!   Enjoy the sunshine, visit your friends.  America we have been duped!
May the Lord God of heaven and earth keep you safe.  Freedom is not Slavery.
