Israel Seeks Defense Independence

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently committed Israel to a 350 billion-shekel ($110 billion) investment over the next decade to boost independence in critical arms production. 

The announcement, detailed during a meeting of defense chiefs at Shin Bet headquarters on Dec. 25, came one day after the prime minister, at an Israeli Air Force graduation ceremony, stated that he had approved, along with the defense minister and finance minister, a sum of 350 billion shekels “over the next decade to build an independent Israeli munitions industry. We want to reduce the dependency on any party, including allies.”

This is a great move for Israel, Netanyahu has also stated earlier that the alliance with America is good, but waiting on approval like a vessel state is not what Israel needs in today’s world. I remember the slow walk by the Biden Administration in delivery of weapons that had already been bought by the IDF. Even now with a friendly President in the White House it seems that Israel is like a beggar on a street corner at times. Recently Israel shipped defense weaponry to Germany, also a gas deal with Egypt was also worked out between the two nations. Good for Israel.

Israel is surrounded by enemies in the Middle East and Northern Africa. If you look at a map Israel is the tiny dot in the middle of Islamist who have sworn to destroy them. My fear is that America is turning from its hard commitment of Israel to a more neutral position. That my friends is not good for the US.

Only a nation blessed by Almighty God could find itself capability to repeal a sneak attack and wars on all fronts and come back, in many cases stronger than before. The Bible clearly states that the Jews will come home and make the desert blossom as a rose. It surely has.

As with my nation, I don’t agree with everything that they do, but for Israel and the US this friendship is in our best interest as well as theirs. We may give them aid, but it comes back in investments in our military complex and even more importantly in intelligence from a very fragile and complex region.

Morning prayer warriors!

Urgent need for prayer today.  It seems our President and his administration are making deals with the devil, and no one can do that without getting burnt.  Much on my mind as I see a crumbling of foundational support for Israel and a cozying up to the Arab and Muslims in the MIddle East.  Prayer points below.

  • Worldwide intifada (various attacks here in the US, Australia, France, Germany). Devil knows his time is short.
  • Wisdom for Trump.(he needs a true spiritual advisor)
  • Deal making with the sponsor of terror. (Qatar)
  • Saudi Arabia is pushing for a two state solution.  (Blowback on America if done)
  • Peace commission (10 members) most anti Israel.
  • Trump’s pride getting in the way.  (God’s plan??)
  • Trump & Vance telling not asking Israel to stop settlements in Judea & Samaria.
  • Syria (next hotspot)??

I could go on and on, I see dangerous times for the US if we get in bed with the Islamist.  We seem to have pushed investments over the covenant for peace. We must never forget God’s eternal covenant with Abraham.  (My opinion)

God is sovereign!  I am not hopeless, but hopeful!  The blessed hope!  Two rivers flowing side by side, one righteous (God is moving) another evil.  Let’s ask for spiritual rain for the righteous river to overflow.  I sense this is a particular Kronos time.  Rh

The Rise of Anti-Semitism

It is certainly not a surprise in the world we live in that hatred of Jewish people is on the rise. I say that, however, a part of me thinks it’s absolutely mad that we have forgotten the terrors of Nazi Germany so quickly. The Jewish people have a saying “never again,” speaking of the holocaust. Unfortunately never again happened on Oct. 7th 2023. I am not here to deal with that, we have spoken on that hideous attack with all its atrocities on many occasions.

The point of my essay today is to share the reason of this demonic hatred of a people that really are a bother to no one. They live their lives. They make the world better through their scientific and cultural activities. All they really want is to live in peace in their homeland, yes it is theirs from antiquity. Given to them by God to the Patriarch Abraham, passed down to Isaac and Jacob. In that same line we find our Savior Jesus Christ. Aw, now we are getting somewhere.

The pure demonic hatred is found from the beginning. From Haman, the Roman emperors, to Hitler and all points in between. It all started in the garden. It still flourishes today. The anti-christ spirit that lives in this world was spoken of in 1 John 1:18. It was alive then and it is on steroids today. The pure hatred brandied about on our college campuses by Marxist professors and students rivals the rise of Nazism in the 30’s in Europe. So it really is a sign of the times, but also a deep thread of evil that a sinful unrepentant world loves to soak in. Evil has to hate something or someone, and the Jews are an easy target.

Surprisingly even some Christian denominations have forsaken the Biblical command to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. To lift up and pray for a people who through them came the sure Word of God and our Messiah. God is not finished with Israel. The very fact that this small country bothering no one is under heavy attack military and economically is proof they are still a part of God’s plan. Replacement theology is a lie.

The backlash to this is the saying of the radical Islamist who declare boldly they are coming for the Saturday (Jews) people first then the Sunday (Christians) people next. Mark my words the anti-Christ spirt is targeting and will increase attacks on churches and Christians. We are already seeing this happen in Europe, Africa, and Canada. Not surprising. This so called religion of peace, demands to “convert or die.”

Hate Israel if you want, but if you do, you will be standing and fighting against Almighty God. I choose to stand with Israel. That doesn’t mean I agree with everything they do, but it does mean I want to be on God’s side. I stand with the Word! I stand with Israel!

ISIS Gains a Foothold in East African Country of Mozambique After Seizing Crucial Port

Members affiliated with the Islamic State gained control of a strategic port and have instituted Sharia Law; National authorities are receiving foreign help to try and combat the militants.

After seizing a strategic port in the northern part of the country, militants belonging to the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq (ISIS) have taken up residence inside the country of Mozambique, which is located in eastern Africa, due west of the island of Madagascar.

The terror group overtook the Port of Mocimboa da Praia and installed Sharia Law over the city. Military forces from Mozambique are continuing to fight against the militants and are even being helped from foreign militaries such as South Africa and Russia. The defense minister of the country, Jaime Neto, communicated that innocent civilians are being murdered, stating that ISIS “attacked the town from the inside out, causing destruction, looting, and the murder of defenseless citizens.”

The Port of Mocimboa da Praia is critical, largely due to its involvement in the oil industry. It’s reported that multiple foreign entities are in the process of developing gas projects in the area. However, it’s doubtful that the militants will hold the port for long.

The province wherein these events are taking place is the Cabo Delgado Province, which has a population of well over two million. These militants have been successful in manipulating the hearts of the people, recruiting several from the area. It’s estimated that a fifth of the country is Muslim. http://www.beholdIsrael.org

Israel Attacks Syria Following Attempted Border Bombing

JERUSALEM, Israel – Israeli fighter jets, helicopters, and aircraft carried out airstrikes against the Syrian military Monday evening in response to an attempt by four men to plant explosives near the security fence between Israel and Syria Sunday night.

The Israel Defense Forces struck numerous positions held by Syrian President Bashar Assad’s forces, including observation posts, intelligence collections systems, anti-aircraft artillery, and command and control systems.

“The IDF sees the Syrian regime as responsible for all operations carried out in its territory and will continue to act with determination against all attacks on the sovereignty of the State of Israel,” said the IDF in a statement.

Syria’s official news agency, SANA, said that the Syrian military engaged “hostile targets” near Damascus, and the enemy airstrikes inflicted “material damage” in the city of Quneitra.  Al-Arabiya reports that some injuries were sustained during the strikes.

Shortly before the airstrikes, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that an air raid by unidentified aircraft had killed at least 15 Iranian-backed militiamen in al-Bukamal.

Citing “reliable sources,” the group said the attack targeted “positions of Iranian forces and Iranian-backed militias in Imam Ali Base, areas near Al-Sekka, and in Al-Bokamal desert in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.”

SOHR sources said that military vehicles transported dead and injured militiamen to Iraq.

On Sunday, Israeli troops killed four men who entered Israeli territory and attempted to plant explosives near an unmanned IDF post along the security fence.
