Saudi Arabia – Power and Deception

The country of Saudi Arabia seems to be moderate, and they are when held up to radicals of the faith such as Syria, Iran and definitely Turkey.  I have made my thoughts known in an earlier post of Turkey’s hatred of Israel and their hope of an Islamic Caliphate.  More on that in a later post.

The first Trump administration was in joy over Saudi Arabia declaring they would join the Abraham Accords.  Back and forth they go and as diplomats press SA, they always back track.  It seems the Muslim have much more patience than the Western world, particularly the United States. Once again the Saudis were on the verge of joining, but now it seems they have backtracked once again.

Understand they play a long game and they and Qatar use money, power and influence to get what they want.  Unlike Iran and others who rant and yell death and destruction.

So what of today and the Iran situation.  Saudi Arabia is scared of the Iranians.  They don;t want or need terror coming into the so-called “Kingdom”.  So when push comes to shove they always stop short of offending the radicals.  To be quite honest, I am sick of Trump playing footsie when the Islamic world.  Take a stand and stand 100% for Israel.  The Muslim world will never be our true friend.  Below is a link to a very insightful article.  Hope you enjoy the read.  Link provided.

Stop chasing after the Saudis to join the Abraham Accords

Now that they’ve stopped worrying about an Iranian bomb, Riyadh is making clear that it will never recognize the State of Israel. It was never going to be worth the price anyway. Jonathan S. Tobin JNS.org Link to full article at bottom of page.

As insider reports have increasingly made clear, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the de facto ruler of the country, has decided to alter his country’s course. Instead of continuing to move closer to Jerusalem and, as so many in the United States and Israel hoped and even expected, joining the Abraham Accords themselves, the Saudis seem to be eyeing a different sort of regional realignment, in which they will now link up with other Islamist countries like Qatar and Turkey. They have even reportedly been advocating for the United States not to attack Iran so as to help the protest movement succeed in overthrowing the Islamist theocrats that have despotically ruled since the Iranian Revolution in 1979. They’ve also refused to let Washington use their territory for potential attacks on Iran.

On top of that, the Saudis are also moving away from their efforts to erase antisemitism from their education system and public discourse, as they had been doing as late as 2024. Instead, the regime’s state-run media has again turned to spewing out anti-Israel venom, in addition to the sort of open hatred of Jews that was routine before Riyadh’s turn to Israel and the West. Among other monitors of the situation, the Anti-Defamation League is sounding the alarm about prominent Saudi voices—closely tied to the royal family and the government—promoting antisemitic conspiracy theories and trashing the Abraham Accords.

Lindsey Graham blocks House-passed bill to repeal shutdown deal provision allowing $500,000 lawsuits from senators

By

Washington — Sen. Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican, blocked a Democrat-led effort to approve a House-passed measure to repeal a controversial provision that allows senators to sue for $500,000 if federal investigators search their phone records without their knowledge.

Sen. Martin Heinrich, a New Mexico Democrat, sought unanimous consent to approve the measure after the House unanimously passed the bill Wednesday, saying the provision many lawmakers are looking to repeal, which was tucked in last week’s funding package, represents a country that “is not serving the people.”

“Last week Republicans in Congress passed a government funding bill that denies affordable health care to millions of Americans,” Heinrich said. “But what most people don’t know is that they also voted to provide millions of dollars to a few Republican senators in a blatant, tax-funded cash grab.

Can someone please defeat this clown in the primary. Again why does Trump support him?? Rh

Money Buys Silence: Why Are Countries Collectively Ignoring The Terrorist Ties And Propaganda Of Qatar? – Harbinger’s Daily

Ask people to point to the country of Qatar on a map, and it is safe to say that the majority of people would struggle to find it.  At only 100 miles (160 km) from north to south and 50 miles (80 km) from east to west, Qatar is small in…

We must be careful the ties that we make with a radical Islamic terror supporting country. Praying for wisdom for our elected officials to see behind the lure of money, and see the real Middle East. There is an old saying, “can a leopard change its spots?” Jesus told us to be wise as serpents and gentle as lambs. Are you listening??

Without Freedom Of Speech, What Is Going To Happen To America?By Prophecynewswatch.com

It is quite ironic that many of those that are always telling us that we need “diversity” in our society are also some of the strongest voices against a “diversity of viewpoints” on social media. The founders of this nation wanted to make sure that nobody would ever take the right to freedom of speech away from us, and that is why it was enshrined in the Bill of Rights.
Unfortunately, courts have greatly eroded that right over the last several decades, and now we are facing an all-out assault on freedom of speech that is unlike anything that we have ever seen before. And once freedom of speech is completely gone, all of our other rights will soon follow, because there will no longer be any way to defend them.
When the United States was established, government was really the only major threat to free speech. In early America, corporations were severely limited in size and scope, and that is because our founders were determined not to let them get too big or too powerful.

Our founders knew that enormous concentrations of money and power would be great threats to freedom, and that has definitely turned out to be the case.In the old days, if you wanted to express yourself you could grab a soapbox and head down to a local street corner. The reason why we use the term “marketplace of ideas” today is because people literally used to gather in marketplaces and town squares and exchange ideas with one another.
In our time, the Internet has become the place where we all gather to exchange ideas, but unfortunately control of all of the most important gathering spaces is in the hands of a very small group of colossal tech corporations.
When Facebook, Twitter and others were first growing, they generally allowed people to say pretty much what they wanted to say, and information flowed pretty freely.
But censorship has escalated dramatically over the past four years, and it reached a crescendo the other day when Twitter announced that it would be permanently suspending President Trump’s account.
How would our founders feel about that?

40 days until Election 2020

I have started a 40 days of prayer for this coming election. It is the most important election we’ve ever had in this country. I’m focusing on dark money that is infiltrating our election process. George Soros and his money that’s instigating protest , riots, and discord all across the country.

Since I live in Florida this next prayer request is very personal. Mike Bloomberg is spending millions in the state of Florida, part of that is to pay off the fees associated with felons trying to reclaim their right to vote. How is this even legal? Governor DeSantis is having the

Attorney General look into this situation. From what we are hearing 31,000 felons could regain their right to vote from outside money paying their fees of restitution.

Day 40 praying against dark money and illegal contributions.

Unemployment

The employment situation for so many is dire! As bad as it is, it is hard to imagine that unemployment is “only” 8.4% with the shutdowns and restrictions… it was 7.9% in parts of 2012-2013 without any of that. .@SharylAttkisdon
