Sorry Mr. President; We Can’t Be “Flexible” on Tax Payer Funded Abortion

IMO this is a hard fact that if any politician turns his or her back on the pro-life stance, they have lost my vote. I will NEVER vote for someone who sanctions murdering babies in the womb!! That is my red line in the sand and millions of other Americans stand with me. Rh

President Trump’s suggestion that Congressional Republicans be “a little flexible” on the Hyde amendment is just the latest backstep from the pro-life positions that once had people referring to him as “the most pro-life President in history.” The Hyde Amendment prohibits the use of federal funds for abortion and has been inserted into appropriations bills since 1976. Rep. Henry Hyde was the first to insert the language and the issue has been hotly contested ever since.

During the Clinton Administration, Republicans shut down the government rather than support spending bills that did not contain Hyde protections. During Affordable Care Act debates in the Obama Administration, pro-life Democrats—now extinct in the nation’s capital—threatened to kill the bill unless Hyde protections were in place. It was even a defining issue of the 2020 presidential election. Former President Joe Biden had supported the Hyde Amendment for decades in Congress but abandoned that position when it became a requirement for gaining the Democratic nomination for president in 2020.

The amount of political capital invested in preserving the Hyde Amendment until now is part of what makes President Trump’s suggestion to become “a little flexible” peculiar. Republicans control everything in Washington, D.C. Why abandon hard won territory when you’re still in charge?

Maybe the president spoke loosely. After all, less than a year ago—on Jan. 24, 2025—he signed an executive order titled “Enforcing the Hyde Amendment,” which vowed to uphold Hyde and to reverse actions by the Biden Administration that had undermined Hyde’s intent. If the issue was meaningful enough to warrant an executive order a year ago, why is he now preparing people to surrender it?

Nevertheless, the pivot is not completely surprising. Trump has been retreating from orthodox pro-life positions ever since the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturned Roe v. Wade. A series of state ballot measures in which the abortion industry prevailed—even in conservative states—appears to have convinced him that the pro-life cause is a loser, and we all know how the president feels about losers. At the Republican convention in 2024, the Trump team stripped the Republican platform of its clear pro-life positions. As president, he has become a vocal advocate for in vitro fertilization, which results in the death of more than 90% of the embryos it creates, and the administration has recently defended Biden administration rules related to abortion drugs.

But abandoning the Hyde Amendment would arguably be even more troubling because it is a moral minimum. It is the reasonable middle ground even Joe Biden supported for decades. The Hyde Amendment is not fundamentally about abortion, but conscience rights. It doesn’t limit anyone’s ability to have an abortion; it simply prohibits the government from forcing taxpayers to pay for their neighbor’s abortions. The Hyde Amendment is not an extreme position, opposition to it is.

The president’s statements were made to House Republicans at their annual policy retreat in Washington, D.C. On the heels of the longest government shutdown in history, President Trump understandably would like to avoid another. In addition, healthcare debates are expected to dominate 2026, and Hyde Amendment language is always a sticking point in every healthcare debate. Given the slim Republican majority in the House, made even smaller by the recent death of Congressman Doug LaMalfa, it makes sense to get in front of predictable political disputes. But in this case, President Trump seems to have miscalculated what’s negotiable and what isn’t, and in the process insulted the voting bloc arguably most responsible for both of his presidential campaign victories.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has responded to Trump’s statements by saying he will not allow taxpayer money to be used for abortion, and he is not alone. The reason this has been a red line issue for generations is because people care. Thankfully, not everything for everyone is negotiable, and no amount of encouragement to be “flexible” from the president will change that. While Trump may not understand the resolve, President “art of the deal” should be better at reading the room.

Conservative lawmakers recently unveiled a budget bill containing numerous pro-life policies with a full defund of Big Abortion organizations – including Planned Parenthood.

The Republican Study Committee’s (RSC) budget blueprint was unveiled on Jan. 8 by RSC Chairman August Pfluger (R-TX) and Budget and Spending Task Force Chair Beth Van Duyne (R-TX). Titled “Restoring America’s Golden Age,” it contains proposals to beef up border security, cut wasteful spending, reform entitlement programs and increase American energy production.

The budget provides a “comprehensive fiscal roadmap that balances the federal budget within ten years, and returns spending to pre-pandemic levels.”

The budget also contains numerous pro-life policies. It “ensures Planned Parenthood no longer benefits from taxpayer dollars” and “completely eliminates Title X Family Planning funding to save the lives of countless innocent children.”

According to an RSC press release, the budget focuses on “making the American Dream affordable again” by:

  • Restoring the American dream of homeownership.
  • Delivering healthcare freedom and lower drug prices.
  • Reducing energy bills and gasoline prices.
  • Rebuilding the American family by eliminating marriage penalties, supporting stay-at-home parents and eviscerating radical gender ideology.
  • Cutting wasteful government spending.
  • Codifying President Trump’s executive orders.

“At its core, the RSC Budget is a fundamental rejection of the excessive government spending and regulatory overreach that characterized the Biden Administration’s approach to government,” the RSC budget reads.

The RSC is a congressional caucus of conservative members in the U.S. House of Representatives. It was formed in 1973 by Paul Weyrich and others to help advance conservative priorities and check the House’s Republican leadership, which they saw as too moderate. Currently 188 congressmen are members of the RSC.

Additionally, the budget supports multiple pro-life bills and priorities, including:

  • Rep. Warren Davidson’s (R-OH) bill, the Aid Accountability Act, which would eliminate funding for any federal employee or non-governmental organization violating the Helms Amendment, which prohibits the use of any U.S. foreign aid to perform or encourage abortion.
  • Rep. Chip Roy’s (R-TX) bill, the No Taxpayer Funding for the U.N. Population Fund, which would prohibit any federal agency from giving taxpayer dollars to the U.N. Population Fund – which has supported China’s population-control programs, including forced abortions and sterilizations.
  • Rep. Eric Burlison’s (R-MO) bill, the Life at Conception Act, which would recognize unborn children as “persons” under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.
  • Rep. Mark Harris’ (R-NC) bill, the Teleabortion Prevention Act, which would make it a federal offense for doctors to send abortion pills through the mail.
  • Rep. Mike Kelly’s (R-PA) bill, the Heartbeat Protection Act, which would prohibit abortions when a baby’s heartbeat is detected.
  • Rep. Ann Wagner’s (R-MO) bill, the Born-Alive Survivor’s Protection Act, which would ensure medical protections for babies who survive an attempted abortion.

The budget blueprint provides a roadmap for a second reconciliation bill in the 119th Congress. Republicans utilized the reconciliation process last year to enact the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), which President Donald J. Trump signed into law on July 4.

The reconciliation process, a budget maneuver provided for under the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, allows a budget bill to be passed with only a majority vote (51 votes) in the Senate, rather than the usually required three-fifths majority.

The OBBBA contained a provision defunding Big Abortion organizations – including Planned Parenthood – of all taxpayer dollars, costing the nation’s largest abortion mill roughly $850 million. However, the provision lasts only for one year.

“With so much of President Trump’s America First agenda still to enact,” the RSC added, “failing to seize this opportunity would be political malpractice.”

“The first reconciliation bill launched America’s Golden Age through economic and security reforms. The next reconciliation bill should focus on cementing the progress we’ve made on affordability in order to restore the American Dream for every family.”

Not every provision of the RSC’s proposal will be retained as the budget process moves forward. Nevertheless, it’s greatly encouraging that the RSC budget contains so many strong pro-life provisions.

Let’s hope and pray that if the House and Senate pass a second reconciliation bill later this year, Big Abortion providers will be defunded – again.

MAGA dies by a thousand cuts

By Olivia Murray

As a part of the MAGA movement, although I was never a sycophant over Trump believing he could do no wrong, he is after all an egotistical politician and very flawed. He was our best hope considering the state of our country. Below is an interesting article that touches on many of my concerns as well. Let me know what you think? Rh

I didn’t vote for 50-year mortgages. I don’t want to spend half a century just paying off a modest house, forking over hundreds of thousands of extra dollars in interest alone.

So after 50 years, you might finally have your house in your name. What happens when property taxes price you out of that home, assuming you can even afford 50 years of property tax increases? Consider that in just 13 years (between 1980 and 1993), property taxes rose a whopping 62% in after-inflation dollars for Americans. Between last year and now, property taxes nationwide rose 3%. If that trend holds exactly the same (impossible as long as debt goes up and money keeps getting inflated), that’s an astronomical increase over the next half-century. As of 2024, the average property tax bill for a single-family home in the U.S. was right around $4,712. At a 3% interest increase each year, that means in 50 years, that yearly property tax bill will be $20,656.97.

Quite the spokesman for the “You will own nothing and be happy” World Economic Forum campaign.

What’s Trump’s next proposal going to be, 15-year car loans? Is he going to get behind the debt slavery offered at the Wal-Mart checkout line that offers financing for a small grocery haul?

I didn’t vote to bring in 600,000 Chinese “students” to keep leftist universities afloat. In fact, I want these colleges, using my money to spew leftism, indoctrinate generations into mindlessness, and enshrine depravity into our culture to go out of business. I want a free market in education.

I didn’t vote for $2,000 tariff reimbursements, whether they’re paid for with already collected revenue (which includes some of my money as costs for imported products have already risen and I’ve paid higher prices), or future “anticipated” revenue from the tariffs, paid for by adding to the already staggering $38 trillion debt.

I didn’t vote for the Indian worker first, or the South Korean worker first. I voted for the American worker first. That’s what Trump promised us, and now he’s backtracking:

He says we don’t have talented people, that the American workforce doesn’t have enough people capable of making batteries, or working in a factory. I couldn’t disagree more.

I voted for all that talk about mass deportations, and we’re getting lower numbers than Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Sure, he’s getting infinitely more resistance because he’s Trump, but he’s still president. So what if he violates an order from some leftist activist judge? The consequence is just one more lawsuit. Who cares? Why won’t he be the “monster” the left thinks he is? The housing market is at a breaking point because of supply and demand laws—throw out 100 million illegals living here and it’s problem solved…without half-century bank-owned rental agreements.

I

voted for denaturalizations, particularly foreigners who allegedly marry their own siblings to defraud the American system, or who omit their participation in socialist and leftist activities to again, game entry. Why are Zohran and Ilhan still here? Where is the heat?

I didn’t vote for NBA gambling busts. I don’t care. I voted for the Epstein list, arrests of deep state traitors and criminal congressmen, and I voted for law and order that matters. I don’t care if people drive 10 miles over the speed limit, and I don’t care if someone leaks a text about Lebron James and an ankle injury. But what did I get? Some guy named Chauncey Billups is now in the hot seat, facing the full might of the federal government.

I voted for an end to cronyism, but then I read about Kash Patel taking our private jet to watch his girlfriend sing the national anthem at an event in Pennsylvania, before presumably dropping her off at her home in Nashville. Sure, he has to “reimburse” the government the cost of a commercial ticket, but we still have to offset the tens of thousands of dollars it actually costs to fly privately on personal jaunts.

I voted for an administration that would respect the strict limits placed upon the federal government by our founders, but I got a Pam Bondi DOJ that “has no plans to abandon its previous arguments” made by Merrick Garland’s DOJ against gun rights.

If Trump pisses away these four years doing nothing much of note, governing like a total middle-of-the-road president, we’re in for such a world of hurt when the left inevitably comes to power again. They’re maniacal, having been whipped into hysterical frenzies, and they’re out for blood, and without cleaning up our country and enforcing real justice and accountability, they’re going to get it. They’re going to make us pay dearly for a completely squandered four years.

What in the world is Trump doing?

Harris Stumps For The Gender Confused Vote With Appearance On Drag Show

Kamala Harris has thrown her hat into the drag race for president, making one of her first campaign appearances on a TV show glamorizing gender confusion.

Late last week, Harris appeared on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” to stump for the crossdresser vote. “Each day we are seeing our rights and freedoms under attack, including the right of everyone to be who they are, love who they love, openly and with pride,” Harris stated without proof. “So, as we fight back against these attacks, let’s all remember no one is alone.”

“We are all in this together,” said Harris, repeating the favorite lie of the 2020 lockdown’s supporters. “And your vote is your power. So, please make sure your voice is heard this November, and register to vote at vote.gov.” Presumably, Harris encouraged viewers to take time between Drag Queen Story Hours to help choose the leader of the free world.

“Can I get an amen?” asked one of the actors, mocking evangelical sermons.

“Amen!” the LGBT-identifying cast replied sacrilegiously.

With her RuPaul cameo, Harris has become the first sitting vice president to appear on a drag show and to visit an abortion facility. When Harris’s supporters say, “Slay, Queen!” they mean the gender binary and the unborn.

As with much of Harris’s rhetoric, this appearance requires some translation. What “rights and freedoms” does she claim are under attack, and from whom? The Biden-Harris administration has strongly condemned state SAFE Acts protecting children from the predatory transgender industry. Harris has further castigated her opponents for allegedly supporting “book bans this year of our Lord 2024.” (Notice the recurring sacrilege.)

By this, she means parents’ grassroots efforts to keep school bureaucrats from furnishing pornography to our minor children in taxpayer-funded schools. There are no laws preventing anyone from displaying agape love to others (which is chaste); in fact, a federal conscience ban prevents states from refusing to affirm same-sex unions, overturning state laws nationwide. (There are, of course, laws against pedophilia, whose practitioners the most extreme wing of the LGBTQIA+ movement has renamed “minor-attracted persons,” or MAPs.)

However, the radical gender ideologues got the message loud and clear. “A Harris administration would not only uphold but also expand upon the” political agenda of “transgender Americans established by the Biden administration,” said Advocates for Trans Equality. Kamala Harris’s record has given them all the confidence they need to believe she stands with them.

In 2004, she officiated same-sex “weddings” as a San Francisco district attorney, after then-Mayor Gavin Newsom (D) ordered officials to ignore state law. She refused to defend Proposition 8, when California voters democratically defined marriage as the union of one man and one woman, and later worked to overturn that election in court. (So much for defending democracy.)

Harris backpedaled and blame-shifted one of her few decisions against the LGBTQ industrial complex, when the attorney general’s office opposed taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries for inmates. In 2019, while seeking the Democratic presidential nomination, she claimed the briefs had been written by an anonymous, subordinate staffer before saying she took “full responsibility,” as if she had ordered the British Navy into Gallipoli.

As the more committed ideologue of the Biden-Harris administration, she has guided the administration’s full-scale, “whole-of-government” embrace of LGBT extremism since 2021. Their administration has placed luggage-stealing trans-identifying people in sensitive government positions. It has boasted of rewriting Title IX to allow males inside female locker rooms, showers, and college dorm rooms. And it has threatened to withhold school lunch money from poor children if their districts refuse to comply.

Now, Harris has amplified her RuPaul appearance, posting behind-the-scenes footage on her personal social media accounts (which announce her pronouns as “she/her”) Saturday, ratcheting up millions of views. In fact, it is not even Harris’s first video with a drag queen. Last June 28, Harris met with a cross-dresser named Pattie Gonia, in the process quoting a Kylie Minogue song with as much authenticity as Hillary Clinton claiming to carry hot sauce in her bag. (At least, unlike other Biden-Harris administration videos featuring trans-identifying people, these drag queens remained fully dressed.)

Appearing on a drag queen show is virtually Kamala Harris’s first presidential campaign event — and if Harris believes anything, it is that “there is great significance in the passage of time.” It signals her priorities and the way she will govern if elected. The media usually agree. Yet Kamala Harris’s appearance drew virtually no media coverage.

“If you think the Olympic opening ceremonies was weird… Check out where Kamala opened her presidential campaign this week,” stated American Greatness. “The border czar has visited RuPaul’s ‘Werk Room’ the same number of times she’s visited the border,” observed Washington Free Beacon reporter Chuck Ross. Otherwise, it has been met with crickets.

It seems significant that the specific part of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” that Harris visited is the “Werk Room” — a part of the show where people transform themselves into drag queens. Pat Buchanan once described the 1992 Democratic National Convention, when “liberals and radicals came dressed up as moderates and centrists” as “the greatest single exhibition of cross-dressing in American political history.”

In the coming days, Harris and her supporters will try to reinvent her, at least slightly, as a more moderate, centrist candidate, focused on the struggles of the middle class. Yet her first campaign stops have been to a teacher’s union and a drag show. By so doing, she is telling her base they are top of mind, and first in line to receive their rewards in the coming “Kamalot.” If you want to know who Kamala Harris will serve, just look at her campaign stops. The rest is just political cross-dressing.

In other words, she will continue the Democratic Party’s tradition of serving its voters’ interests — something Republican candidates might be well-advised to imitate.

Cackling Kamala would be a moral and governmental failure. She is by far the most Luciferian left wing nut job that has ever been nominatives for the highest office in the United States. Her policies are immoral at best and demonic at worst! If she is elected it will be the end of America as we know it. God help us! Rh

Now the real reason for allowing the southern to remain wide open rears its ugly head. Amir Tsarfati reporting

House Dems just voted UNANIMOUSLY to give illegals representation in Congress AND the Electoral College. House Seats and Electoral College votes WILL BE added to areas with the most illegals (including all Biden illegals) unless Senate passes the bill. Invasion by design.

As I have said before many times, the reason the southern border is open is because it is a way to bring illegals in and register them as Democratic voters. I am fearful for what is about to happen to our country. We are losing it and we have no one in D.C. that is willing to defend it. Where is the Speaker of the House? Why is no one trying to stop this? Have they been compromised? Rh

Klaus Schwab predicts AI will make elections obsolete

Klaus Schwab, founder and chief of the World Economic Forum, has spent his career promoting the globalist ideologies that organization pushes, and hobnobbing with the world’s wealthy, the elite.

Those who travel to his annual Davos, Switzerland, parties on private jets, and ostentatiously consume fossil fuels and unleash global-warming emissions en route.

Now he is suggesting the end of free elections.

It is investigative reporter Leo Hohmannwho is reporting on the comments, and suggested online, “Schwab showed his true Nazi colors today at Davos, saying that nations will soon no longer need to bother holding ‘elections’ because voters could easily be replaced by artificial intelligence.”

He reported, “AI is more than capable of choosing a nation’s leaders, he said.”

The report explained Schwab’s “bone-chilling comments” came during a talkfest with Google co-founder Sergey Brin and was posted by Ezra Levant of Rebel News.

Schwab called for AI to go into a “prescriptive mode” “which means you do not have to have elections any more because you can already predict … and afterwards you can say why do we need elections because we know what the result will be.”

The report charged, “One thing about technocratic globalists: They aren’t bashful. They speak boastfully as if everyone shares their excitement about all of the death and dehumanization they envision.” By World Net Daily.

In my opinion, the electorate in our country are deaf, dumb, and blind to anything that’s going on with our elections. Those of us who know the elections are being stolen have no power to do anything about it. We are truly being led by politicians, who have a single digit IQ. They see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil. They definitely know how to cash the big money checks though. It is time for a revolution. Get the pitchforks out!! Rh
