Representatives of the Speaker of the House and Senate Republican Leader are also silent on whether the leaders weighed in on having National Guard troops bolster security at the Capitol prior to the events of Jan. 6.
The offices of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell won’t say whether the congressional leaders were briefed on potential violence ahead of the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol — or whether they weighed in on requesting help from the National Guard to bolster Capitol security.
Just the News reached out to representatives for Pelosi and asked if the speaker was briefed about threats of violence in advance of the rally. Her office was also asked if the speaker favored or opposed having National Guard troops help Capitol Police to protect the Capitol Building before the rally. Her office didn’t provide a response.
McConnell’s press office was asked the same questions, but they did not return a request.
My thoughts, this was all a set up to delay and then fast pace the approval of electors to get Biden election certified quickly. The swamp wins again. As I have been saying for years we have one party rule in the United States. Ruling class aristocrats looking down on the will of the people. The fake crocodile tears of our Congress is pathetic. They were never in danger, they controlled the storming of the capital. Prove me wrong.
What did Pelosi and McConnell know of the planned attack on the US Capitol before the House impeached President Trump for inciting violence? President Trump was blamed for the siege of the US Capitol last Wednesday, however the FBI confirmed the attack was planned several days in advance. Investigative reporter John Solomon dropped a bombshell…
Three strikes you’re out Mr. Barr. You sir are part of the deep state, appointed by Bush. He failed us on Obamagate, Biden-Burisma and now in the most important case of election voter fraud. His comments were filled with elitist doublespeak and a condescending attitude. Good riddance.
POLITICO: Sen. Ron Johnson says committee Republicans blocking subpoenas for James Comey, John Brennan. Wonder who it could be? A certain UTAH Senator? A failed Presidential soy boy?
President Trump’s recent actions indicate the time may be very close where the Deep State and the Obama gang might finally have to face the music.
On Friday we reported that President Trump spoke to workers at a Whirlpool factory in Clyde, Ohio, to tout his efforts to restore America’s manufacturing base. During the speech Trump also spoke about his work to reform prescription drug pricing by the pharmaceutical industry.
While speaking about reducing drug prices by cutting out the middlemen, Trump dropped this line saying, “So, I have a lot of enemies out there. This might be the last time you’ll see me for awhile.” taken in part from Gateway Pundit
This was a very unusual and purposeful statement that he made.
My thoughts: Can 2020 get more crazy? It is no secret that there are many who wish the President harm, however I think this is more of the President tweaking the liberals. Hopefully he stays out of harms way and maybe it does pretend a move against the swamp creatures. God Speed Mr. President.
‘This troubles me greatly, but all I see is more spending’ with ‘no conversation in Washington D.C. about how to pay this money back,’ Rep. Buck says
Rep. Ken Buck told Just the News that the national debt is $30 trillion when the actions that the Federal Reserve has taken during the pandemic are factored into the total.
“This troubles me greatly but all I see is more spending. So how high do we get? We are going to continue to spend until the markets say enough is enough and nobody buys the bonds and then we have the cliff that we go off of,” Buck said during an exclusive interview.
The government spent $864 billion more than it took in during June, bringing the deficit to a record $2.7 trillion so far this year.
According to Treasury Department data, the debt held by the public is $20.6 trillion, and the total outstanding national debt is more than $26.5 trillion.
Buck, author of the new book, “Capitol of Freedom: Restoring American Greatness,” said he wrote the book, in part, because progressive politicians want to take the country in the wrong direction.
“I don’t think that our founding fathers would recognize our political system now,” Buck said. “I think that ‘Capitol of Freedom’ really spells that out because our founding fathers intended to realign the relationship between government and the people and the people are in charge of government and that’s something that didn’t exist before the United States Declaration of Independence and Constitution
“So I hope long before then we act responsibly and dial this back. But the reality is that we are at 30 trillion because we’ve authorized the Fed to engage in, you know, debt, accumulating more debt. And so I think that the spending is one of the largest issues to come out of this COVID. And unfortunately, there’s no conversation in Washington D.C., about how to pay this money back,” he also said.
“This group calls themselves progressives. They are regressives. We are moving backwards. We are moving more and more towards a totalitarian system that existed with a monarchy in Europe or some other country, and it’s just unfortunate, but our founders would see so much of what’s going on now in this country as contrary to what they planned,” he also said. by Nicholas Ballasay from JUSTTHENEWS.COM
By Chuck Ross Daily Caller News Foundation FBI notes unsealed on Wednesday show that bureau officials discussed whether the goal of an interview with Michael Flynn just days into the Trump administration was “to get him to lie” in order to get him fired or in legal jeopardy, Flynn’s lawyers say. “What is our goal?…
