Republican Colorado Rep. Doug Lamborn warned Democratic leaders Wednesday that Republicans will use “every tool in the legislative arsenal” to block Democratic efforts to repeal the Hyde Amendment, according to a letter exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
