This violation, as has been the case in other instances, relates to Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile. However, while the UN’s nuclear watchdog refrained from specifically mentioning any violations, Reuters pointed out that these reports are typically in sync with new violations.The site in view in this case is the Esfahan nuclear powerplant.According to Reuters, “On 7 April 2021, the Agency verified at the Fuel Plate Fabrication Plant at Esfahan that Iran had dissolved six unirradiated scrap fuel plates for the TRR Tehran Research Reactor containing 0.43 kg of uranium enriched up to 20% U-235.”The alleged violation(s) took place while representatives from Iran were in Vienna partaking in indirect conversations with the US concerning the deal.The post Report Suggests Tehran Further Violated Terms of JCPOA appeared first on Behold Israel.
